Unlike many of our competitors we recognise that our customers decisions to have fault diagnosis/rectification work undertaken is financially constrained therefore rather than simply quote an open ended hourly rate with no guarantee of resolution we will provide a fixed price quotation where possible on request, allowing our customers the reassurance of knowing that what we quote is what you pay.
