Fault Diagnosis/Rectification
With over 30 years experience resolving technical problems with all types
of automotive vehicles and products we believe that our ability to resolve
the most obscure problem is second to none.
All of our technicians are fully trained as part of our ongoing training
programme and are actively involved in resolving faults on a daily basis,
from simple problems such as vehicle lighting to complex compound faults
affecting multiplex wiring systems.
Whilst we are able to offer a field support service, we believe that the most
effective way to resolve any problem is via our purpose built premises
which have been designed specifically to support fault diagnosis &
rectification. Equipped with a whole range of test equipment and providing
the ability to work on almost any vehicle within the factory itself (even a
Double Decker bus) we are able to provide our customers with the
confidence that their problems will be resolved as quickly and as cost
effectively as possible.
Pricing
Unlike many of our competitors we recognise that our customers decisions
to have fault diagnosis/rectification work undertaken is financially
constrained therefore rather than simply quote an open ended hourly rate
with no guarantee of resolution we will provide a fixed price quotation
where possible on request.
