Field Service Solutions
Many of our customers run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a
year requiring their vehicles to be operational at all times. We recognise
that it is not always practical for our customers to come to us which is why
we offer a call out service aimed at resolving problems in the field in order
to minimising vehicle downtime.
Our fleet of vehicles is equipped with all the necessary test equipment and
subject to minimum contract requirements can typically respond to
problems within 1hr. Once onsite our technicians will look to establish the
root of the problem, carryout rectification work onsite and aim to get your
vehicle back up and running within 2hrs.
Where this is not possible we will look to work with you to have your
vehicle recovered to our premises wherein we will continue in resolving
your electrical problems though the use of our extensive onsite facilities
ensuring that your vehicle is returned to service as quickly as possible, so
that the impact on your business is kept to a minimum.
